These terms govern your use of soleratherapy.com and your purchase of products from Solera. By using this site or placing an order you agree to them. Please read the section on health and medical information, because it matters more here than the rest.

Solera sells a red light therapy mitt and related materials. Our store is hosted by Shopify.

Health and medical information
Solera is a general wellness product. It is not a medical device, it is not FDA cleared, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Nothing on this website, in our emails, in the Solera Hand Library, or in our advertising is medical advice, and none of it replaces seeing a clinician. Any conditions named on this site are described to explain what the product is intended for, not to tell you what you have.
Read the safety and medical information page before you use the device. It lists contraindications that genuinely apply to some people, including photosensitising medications, pregnancy, epilepsy and implanted electronic devices.
If you have a diagnosed condition, take prescription medication, or are under the care of a specialist, speak to them before starting.
Individual results vary and some people notice no difference at all.
Products, descriptions and pricing
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can render differently between screens, and small manufacturing variations happen.
Prices are in US dollars and may change. We may correct pricing or description errors, including after an order has been placed. If we correct an error on an order you have already paid for, we will contact you and offer to either honour it, amend it, or cancel and refund you in full.
We may limit quantities or refuse an order.
Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send a confirmation email.
You confirm that the payment method you use is yours and that the details are accurate.
We may cancel an order where we suspect fraud, where an address is undeliverable, or where a product is unavailable. If we cancel, you receive a full refund with nothing deducted.
Shipping and refunds
Delivery is covered by our shipping policy and refunds by our refund policy. Both form part of these terms. In short: shipping is free, delivery is 5 to 8 days, and you have 90 days to request a full refund without returning the device.
The Solera Hand Library
The Hand Library is a digital publication included with purchase. It is licensed to you for your own personal use.
You may keep it and print it for yourself. Please do not resell it, republish it, or distribute it. Because it is digital and delivered immediately, it cannot be returned, though this does not affect your right to a refund on the physical product.
The Hand Library draws on published hand therapy guidance. It is educational and it is not medical advice.
Intellectual property
The content of this site, including text, photographs, the Solera name and logo, and the Hand Library, belongs to us or is used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse it commercially without written permission.
Advertising and composite testimonials
Some of our advertising and page content uses composite characters rather than real customers, and some imagery is AI generated. Wherever we do this, we say so on the material itself. The product and its specifications are real.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, scrape it at scale, or submit false information.
Third party links
We sometimes link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Disclaimer of warranties
Except where the law says otherwise, and except for the 1 year product warranty we provide, this site and its content are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of your purchase or your use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Warranty
The Solera mitt carries a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. If it fails in normal use within that time we will repair or replace it. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or a device that has been opened or modified.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of that state.
Severability
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
Changes
We may update these terms. The revised version will be posted here with a new date. Changes do not apply retroactively to orders already placed.
