We are a small company and we answer our own email.
We reply within 1 business day, usually sooner. If you have not heard from us in 2 business days, send it again, because it means something went wrong on our end.
What to include
For anything about an existing order, include your order number. It is in your confirmation email and it saves a round trip.
What we are good at answering
- Where your order is
- Refunds, which are 90 days and do not require you to send anything back
- Whether the device suits a specific condition, within the limits of what we can responsibly say
- How to use it, and how often
- Anything about the Solera Hand Library, including if a download link fails
What we cannot answer
We cannot give medical advice. We cannot tell you whether you have a condition, whether to stop a treatment, or whether the device is safe alongside a medication you are taking. Your doctor or pharmacist can, and questions about photosensitising medications in particular should go to a pharmacist.
We would rather say this plainly than give you a confident answer we are not qualified to give.
