Where we ship
We ship across the United States and Canada.
Cost
Shipping is free. There is no minimum order and no threshold to reach. The price you see is the price you pay.
How long it takes
5 to 8 days from the day you order, and that window already includes the time it takes us to pack and dispatch it. It is not 5 to 8 days after some separate handling period.
We would rather quote you a real number than an optimistic one. If something is going to take longer than 8 days we will email you rather than let you wonder.
Tracking
You will get a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves. If tracking has not updated for a few days, that is normally a scanning gap rather than a lost parcel. Email us if it worries you and we will look into it.
The Solera Hand Library arrives immediately
The Hand Library is a digital download and it is sent by email within a few minutes of your order, so it reaches you well before the device does. That is deliberate. There are 78 pages to read while you wait.
If it has not arrived, check your spam folder first, then email us.
Delivery addresses
Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away. We can change an address before dispatch but not after.
If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange a resend or a full refund.
Customs and duties
Canadian orders may attract duties or taxes on arrival. Those are set by your government rather than by us, and they are not included in the price.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered and it is not there, email . We will replace it or refund you in full. You will not be asked to argue with a courier on our behalf.
